What’s included in Your Sacred Soul Awakening Experience November 7-11th, 2025:
Food & Accommodation
Your $3,300 retreat cost includes all meals and 5 days & 4 nights accommodation at Serenity Cottages in Portland, Jamaica. This magical property sits in the hills of the rainforest with a view of a private waterfall, swimming pool and 7 cottages.
Each cottage offers a private escape with its own bathroom, balcony, mini fridge and hammock for ultimate relaxation.
The retreat cost includes transportation from the Montego Bay Airport, as well as, accommodation in Jamaica the night before the retreat and the night after.
The Energy Reset
Dive deep into energy shifting and vibration raising techniques with Ainsley & Crystal as they share tools for resetting the nervous system, aligning the body and activating energy.
Release old energy with a powerful sound toning exercise and find freedom in the body with gentle somatic movements that introduce a new pattern to the brain and lengthen muscles to their optimal length.
Sacred Earth Medicine
Experience the incredible life changing power of 5-MeO-DMT, aka The God Molecule. This sacred medicine is derived from Incilius Alvarius (Bufo Toad) and is one of the most powerful tools on the planet to release lower self characteristics and experience unconditional love and peace.
On the first day of the retreat experienced facilitators Jill and Bill Hendry share individual (or couple) Bufo ceremonies on a yoga deck surrounded by the sights and sounds of the rainforest. Our guides will be present and holding space for you through every step of your journey.
Beach Meditations & Sound Baths
Shaman Rah guides you in daily meditations to help you ground, balance and foster the deeper connection with your higher self that is unlocked through the sacred earth medicine.
You will experience the magical sounds of drums and flutes during these deep meditations, energy clearings, activations and sound baths. Throughout the retreat we will experience integration sessions and grounding meditations in nature.
Stand in a vortex where an ocean and river meet at Frenchman’s Cove, take a rejuvenating swim in the Blue Lagoon, and activate your DNA immersed in the healing sounds of the rainforest.
