My name is Crystal Furlonge and together with my husband Ainsley Chuck and two beautiful children, Ky-Lan and Maya we are so honoured to be able to share some of the healing modalities that we have witnessed create an immediate impact in peoples lives.
We created the Energy Reset Workshop in order to take people on a short, yet transformational journey into their bodies and minds.
The first workshops were held in Kingston, Jamaica and had an incredibly profound and powerful impact. Since then we have been called to share our formula for energy and tension release in various locations throughout the US and Caribbean.

Ainsley and I are currently in a space where we are ready and passionate about sharing our teachings and creating safe, vulnerable spaces for retreat goers to release stuck and stagnant energy, move through physical body pain and limitations and discover a feeling of freedom and renewal that they may not have felt for a long time.
